Vertical Machining
US Alloy has 3 fully tooled vertical mills. We use an Acer and Bridgeport manual mill short runs and test tooling.
We have an extensive background in milling of tool steels and stainless steels.
For our longer runs we also utilize a new Acer CNC mill. Our 3 axis CNC mill is used for higher volume runs along with extensive profiling on custom milling jobs. |
