Steel Dies and Punches
US Alloy has unequalled expertise in calculating dimensional changes caused
by heat treatment and the nitride process. We can manufacture tooling to
size before heat treatment, in order to save our customers labor costs in
eliminating time consuming grinding operations after heat treatment.
Time is money, and we never waste our customers' money. We perform
extensive research, at our expense, to develop very accurate techniques for
holding close tolerances in parts.
Punches, Dies, and Extrusion tooling (steel and/or carbide) are also our
specialty. Extrusion Punches, Dies, Pins, and Rods are made to order
regularly at our facility. |
