Horizontal Machining
US Alloy uses 7 heavy-duty Okuma HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers) to make parts up to 12" in diameter. These machines can make precision forms and maximize efficiency in long production runs.
These fully updated machines are CAD ready and fully programmable to handle any job necessary.
A CNC Bridgeport ROMI Lathe is used for small runs and quick set-ups. US Alloy utilizes 4 manual lathes to do various work not needed from CNC machines.
